They may want you to buy another laptop but if the cards aren't white listed, a simple card swap to one compatible with Windows 10 seems to be the answer. I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to determine if they white list any cards and see if they have suggestions for a compatible card. Even the manufacturer support inferred I needed a new machine though they sent me a Windows 8.1 driver to try, with the same result. I must have wasted two months reading and trying everything. I bought and installed an Intel 7260 WiFi card and just used the driver which was downloaded on the reboot after the install. Nobody suggested changing the wireless network adapter. The last thing someone suggested was disabling the adapter and using a WiFi dongle. I tried everything I found on this forum and two others. I'll tell you how I fixed an identical problem on a ASUS laptop that had run perfectly on Windows 7 and ran well on W10 from January until the Anniversary update in early August. Special thanks to our community translators for their contributions.Wifi and browser problems with windows 10 Updated language files: Turkish.xml, Polish.xml, Czech.xml. If you are using DDU in normal mode, Clean, reboot, clean again, reboot. Please install in a local drive (C:, D: or else). DDU should not be used every time you install a new driver unless you know what you are doing.DDU should be used when having a problem uninstalling/installing a driver or when switching GPU brand. You MUST disconnect your internet or completely block Windows Update when running DDU until you have re-installed your new drivers. Also support basic Realtek audio driver cleanup.Keep note that NVIDIA/AMD did not have anything to do with this, I do not work at or for NVIDIA/AMD and they should not be held responsible for anything that may go wrong with this application. It is best to exclude the DDU folder completely from any security software to avoid issues.Make a backup or a system restore (but it should normally be pretty safe). The tool can be used in Normal mode but for absolute stability when using DDU, Safemode is always the best.We have an extensive AMD support thread over here and an NVIDIA over here. If you have a problem installing an older driver or newer one, give it a try as there are some reports that it fix those problems. DDU is an application that is programmed by Ghislain Harvey aka Wagnard in our forums, is the official download partner for this handy application. As with any tool of this kind, we recommend creating a new system restore point before using it, so that you can revert your system at any time if you run into problems. The current effect after you use this driver removal tool will be similar as if its the first time you install a new driver just like a fresh, clean install of Windows. The AMD/NVIDIA video drivers can normally be uninstalled from the Windows Control panel, this driver uninstaller program was designed to be used in cases where the standard driver uninstall fails, or anyway when you need to thoroughly delete NVIDIA and ATI video card drivers.
